I wanted to express my appreciation to your crew for the excellent job installing our windows. Bruce and Gilbert were friendly, polite and good guys to have around. I appreciated especially, the choices, which were offered before they did any final “tweaking” which was required on some windows. I thought they did a heck of a good job.
I was telling your installers that you guys were the only company who called back interested in helping me make the right choice for my job. You may recall when we first talked; I had a different window in mind however you had another recommendation which was actually a better window for a few bucks less. I appreciate your professional and “no-pressure” approach from the start.
I without a doubt will recommend to my friends and neighbors to use Custom Windows & Remodeling when searching to update their homes. In closing, if you have any potential customers, have them call my home for a reference.
